On July 1^st of 1989, Alpha Realty Group was born.  Started by two life-long Philadelphia residents, Michael Esposito and Joseph Biancaniello, the goal was simple. Create a friendly, boutique type Real Estate firm comprised of local agents who specialize in their own neighborhood.  After over 25 years, that goal still rings true today.

Michael Esposito Sr just celebrated his 40^th year in the business.  Starting out as an agent, he obtained his Brokers License before his 24^th birthday.  Over the past 30 years, he has become one of the most respected residential appraisers in the region.  He has worked with most of the major banks in the area and has been on the FHA fee panel since 1987. He has lived in the city his entire life.

Joseph Biancaniello has over 33 years experience as an agent and broker and manages the day to day operations at the office.  He has served as President of the Board of Realtors, South Council and is active in the South Philadelphia Business Persons Association.  As

A lifelong resident himself, he is also active in other local charities and community functions.  His reputation amongst his peers is impeccable.
