On July 1, 1989, Michael Esposito and Joseph Biancaniello opened Alpha Realty Group with a simple goal: create a welcoming real estate company staffed by local agents who specialize in the neighborhoods they call home.
That neighborhood-first approach still guides the firm today. Alpha combines long-standing community relationships with modern marketing, MLS technology, transaction coordination, rental knowledge, and investment-property experience.
